High school programming kicked-off Wednesday, October 11th at Centerville Senior High School when 148 freshman students participated in JA It’s My Job (Soft Skills). Seven JA volunteers presented lessons on creating resumes, completing applications, effective job interviewing, workplace writing, and business communications. Davis says “Getting a chance to explore career options and learn about soft skills is extremely valuable for students at any age. We are thrilled to be able to expand JA opportunities to high school students in our area to prepare them for future careers and leadership.” JA thanks the Taco Bell Foundation for their support in building young entrepreneurs and future leaders!
